1. Booking Cancellation
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 12–24 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
2. No-Show / Late Cancellation
If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled time or cancels without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation by Company
If the booking is canceled by us (due to vehicle unavailability, technical issues, etc.), a full refund will be provided.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking.
- The refund process may take 7–10 business days to complete.
5. Special Circumstances
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, refunds will be decided as per company policy and situation.
